These team members work on different assignments with us on monetary basis. Depending on the requirement, this relationship can be ongoing or assignment based.
1. Amit Pande (Director and Promoter)
Amit passed out of IRMA in 1999 with a post graduate diploma in rural management after completing his post-graduation in economics and graduation in sciences. Amit has worked with reputed organisation’s like Magic Bus, WaterAid, CRY and CNI-SBSS since 1999. He has worked with implementation as well donor agencies. He has handled multiple projects related to partner management, networking, capacity building, advocacy, programme management, strategy development and opertaionalisation. He worked in different parts of India in his different profiles and hence have understanding of diversity in issues and contexts within India. Amit has worked extensively on rights of children and WASH rights. He has conducted/organised more than 60 capacity building processes/workshops on different issues and for participants from different functions at different level. He also produced/facilitated production of good quality communication material/reports/research material etc.
2. Ranjeet Singh
Ranjeet is a Social Development Sector Professional with over 14 years of quantifiable experience across different Financial Management functions like Cash Management, Financial Forecasting, MIS, Investment of Funds, Partner and Grant Management, Budget Management and Planning, Financial Audit, Financial Risk Assessment and Financial Monitoring. He is well versed with FCRA, Labor and Income Tax Regulations and procedures. He has handled financial management and reporting protocols of multiple donor agencies like DFID, Ford Foundation, IDRC, Nestle, Asian Paints etc. and has conducted multiple trainings on financial management and book keeping. He holds an MBA degree in finance, a diploma in financial management and accountability and graduation degree in commerce.
3. Titir Ghosh
Titir has done a 3 years degree course from GNIIT. In TCS Eserve Limited, Titir was exposed to a variety of operation related processes. She then made a successful transition to Web Content Management in child education with Learning World Education Solutions Pvt Ltd. She decided to use her knowledge and expertise on data base management and data analysis through simple solutions for small social sector organisations and is critical member of our team.
