This is a long-term, ongoing and holistic support relation that we develop with an organization. As part of this relation, we work together with partner organization, not as an external agency but by becoming a part of the organisation. We work with them on different dimensions of organizational growth and effectiveness.
For donor organisations and individuals, such dimensions can include developing funding strategy, identification of appropriate implementing orgainsations according to the funding priority and size, developing a monitoring system as per the need, monitoring of the implementation and evaluations.
For implementing organisations, these dimensions can include developing organizational and programme strategy, designing projects, developing resource generation strategy, support in accessing grants/donations, developing monitoring, reporting and evaluation systems, developing organization and human resource development processes, and developing financial systems.
